Sri Guru Granth Sahib says teachers as Guru:- gu -darkness, ru-dispeller of darkness, bring out, bring forth what is within, bring out potential and to lead to differentiate between good and evil, truth and untruth, right and wrong, virtue and vice, and God the creator.
