To handle Gender Sensitization, Prevention and, Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students and Redressal of Grievances

XIMI-Jaipur Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) and Women Cell is a body established to provide a safe and secure environment for the women employees and students of XIMI-Jaipur. The ICC and Women Cell works to ensure the gender sensitization and prevention of sexual harassment of women in the institute. The committee also takes up the responsibility of creating awareness about the laws related to the protection of women in the workplace and society. The ICC and Women Cell works closely with the institute authorities to bring about a change in the working of the institute to create a healthy and safe environment for the women employees and students.
