Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) for Students
XIMI-Jaipur Grievance Redressal Committee for students is an initiative by the Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics, Jaipur (XIMI-Jaipur) to provide a platform for students to voice their grievances and seek redressal in a timely and efficient manner.
This committee is responsible for dealing with grievances from students related to academic or non-academic issues. It provides a platform for students to raise grievances, discuss the issues with relevant stakeholders, and arrive at a mutually satisfactory resolution. The committee is composed of faculty members, student representatives, of the XIMI-Jaipur. It is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for students to voice their grievances and seek redressal.

Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) for Staff
The XIMI-Jaipur Grievance Redressal Committee for staff is a committee established to provide a platform for the staff members of XIMI-Jaipur to raise and address grievances related to the working environment. The committee is responsible for responding to and resolving any issue or complaint raised by staff members in a timely manner. The committee is chaired by the Director of XIMI-Jaipur. The committee has the authority to investigate and take appropriate corrective action on any complaint or grievance received from staff members. It also works to ensure a fair and equitable working environment for all employees.
